How do I request a custom order?
Please submit all custom order requests here. We highly recommend that you look through our Product Catalog beforehand.
What is your standard turnaround time for custom gifts?
Our standard turnaround time for custom gifts is 3-4 weeks. This may vary depending on your required quantity and project specifications.
What is the minimum quantity for custom gifting?
We have an order minimum quantity of 10 boxes for all custom orders.
What is the cost of your custom design services?
Our custom design services start at $50/project, depending on the scope of your project. Note that this fee only covers the cost of our services, and does not include the cost of your gifts or shipping.
What is your recommended budget per box?
We typically recommend a minimum budget of $60/box. Shipping and sales tax will be added to your final invoice if applicable.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Due to the customized nature of our gifts, we do not offer volume discounts. Our team individually hand-packages and customizes each and every gift with the utmost attention to detail.
Can you invoice me with net 30 terms?
We are currently unable offer net 30 terms. Prepayment is required prior to product sourcing, custom branding, and fulfillment.
Do you offer custom branding?
Yes! You can learn more about our custom branding options here. Please note, minimum quantities and pricing can vary depending on your project details.
Do you offer branding for products inside the box?
At this time, we offer company branding on select products on a case by case basis. For more information, get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Can we include our own company swag in the box?
We're happy to include your company swag in our boxes. A sample of each item is required to determine fit inside our box. Re-boxing fees apply.
Fulfillment & Distribution
Tell me about my shipping options.
We offer shipping direct to your recipients or to a single location. We will collect recipient names and shipping addresses in a spreadsheet, and provide tracking numbers once shipped.
Do you offer staggered shipping?
We're happy to offer staggered shipping at your convenience. We will set aside your inventory so we have it on-hand whenever you're ready to send out a gift! Pre-payment is required.
What mail carrier do you ship with?
All gifts shipping within the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
Do you offer local delivery within the San Francisco Bay Area?
We are able to offer local delivery within the San Francisco Bay Area on a case by case basis. Additional fees apply.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere within the US, as well as internationally on a case by case basis.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally on a case by case basis. International shipping rates will be determined based on your recipient addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $12/box anywhere within the United States.
What if a gift is unable to be delivered?
If a gift is undeliverable and returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we will contact you once it has been received back at our warehouse to request an updated address. Re-shipping fees apply.
Can I use my corporate FedEx or UPS shipping account?
We are unable to ship using third party or corporate shipping accounts. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
