How does GiftSuite work?
1. Choose a gift from our signature collection or create your own with products from our highly curated selection.
2. Upload your company logo to add a custom gift tag or card.
3. Include a personal message for each recipient in the typeface of your choice.
4. Select your shipping date and enter multiple addresses to ship directly to each recipient.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii!
Can I order multiple boxes?
Yes! You can order multiple quantities of the same box in one transaction. You will also be able to add a custom card message for each box.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Absolutely! On the Recipients step, you will be able to enter in a separate shipping address for each box. Here, you will also be able to include a custom card message for each recipient.
How do I order different boxes for each recipient?
At this time, you will need to place a separate order for each box type that you would like to order.
How much does shipping cost?
We are committed to giving you the best delivery experience (and shipping rates) possible, therefore, we offer a flat rate fee of $12/box shipping anywhere within the US.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally, as we are unable to guarantee that your gift will not be opened or delayed in customs.
When will my gift ship?
Once your gift has been added to the shopping cart, Scheduled Send allows you to select a shipping date up to 3 months in advance at checkout.
The fine print:
- Shipping dates are available up to 3 months in advance.
- You must order by 5pm PST to ship the next available business day.
- Unavailable shipping dates will be greyed out (i.e., federal holidays, weekends, studio closed).
- We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date, as delivery dates are determined by the mail carrier.

What carrier will deliver my gift?
All orders are shipped and delivered via USPS. The carrier will deliver your order to the recipient's typical mailbox or delivery location.
When will my gift arrive?
Estimated delivery dates are shown underneath the calendar as you select your shipping date. Please note, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates, as delivery dates are determined by the mail carrier. You will receive updated tracking information once your gift has shipped.
I received my tracking number, but it hasn't been updated.
Not to worry! Once your gift has shipped, it can take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
My gift was unable to be delivered. What should I do?
We're here to help contact mail carriers and track down your package. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to user error (i.e., an invalid shipping address or refused delivery) or the carrier is unable to access the delivery location, you will need to contact the local post office to schedule re-delivery or have the package held for pickup.
My gift was returned to sender.
If your gift is undeliverable and returned to sender, we are happy to ship your gift to an updated address for a re-shipping fee. Please note, we are unable to provide refunds for undeliverable orders.
It says my gift was delivered, but my recipient never got it. Now what?
Have your recipient double check that their box isn't hiding around the corner, in the lobby or was picked up by a neighbor. Unfortunately, in the rare case that a package was stolen or lost, you will need to file a claim with the mail carrier, and we're happy to do the same!

Due to the customized nature of each gift, all sales are final.

Products & Packaging
What is the size of the box?
Our signature gift box comes in two sizes:
Standard — 8.5" x 7" x 3.5"
Large — 10.5" x 8.5" x 4"
How is my gift packaged?
Every gift is hand wrapped in our signature GiftSuite gift box, topped with a black or navy grosgrain bow. We mail your gift in a shipping box so it is protected and arrives in mint condition.
My order is a gift. I don’t want a receipt or any prices sent with my order.
We never include receipts, packing slips or price tags in any of our gifts, unless the price tag cannot be removed without damaging the item. This is often the case with books.
Can I include my company's logo?
Yes! On the Customize and Card steps, you'll be able to upload your logo to add a custom gift tag and card to your gift.
Can I include a note with my gift?
Absolutely! All gifts come with a customized card. Before checkout, you will be able to choose a card, add your message and customize your typeface.

Custom & Corporate Gifting
Do you offer custom gift boxes?
Absolutely! Our corporate sales team is dedicated to working with companies to create on-brand gifts for all of your corporate and professional gifting needs. Get in touch to request a quote.
What is your standard turnaround time for custom gifts?
Our standard turnaround time for custom gifts is 3-4 weeks. This may vary depending on your required quantity and project specifications.
What is the minimum quantity for custom gifting?
We have a minimum of 10 gifts for all custom orders.
What is your recommended budget per box?
We typically recommend a minimum budget of $60/box. Shipping and sales tax will be added to your final invoice if applicable.
What is the cost of your custom design services?
Our custom design services start at $50/project, depending on the scope of your project. Note that this fee only covers the cost of our services, and does not include the cost of your gifts or shipping.
Do you provide custom branding?
